For every BER certificate issued by Red to Green, a €3 donation
will be made to GOAL
 The FACT
From January 1st 2009, all domestic buildings are required by law to have a BER certificate when offered for sale or rent. There is a maximum fine of €5000 for not having a BER certificate when required.
