   Contact your SEI Registered BER Assessor when offering you property for letting or for sale.
   
   Your SEI Registered BER Assessor will organize your BER Certificate at your earliest convenience. We are SEI Registered BER Assessors and have been put through the most rigorous training in the market. We deliver a high quality service in the marketplace and abide by the SEI BER Assessors Code of Practice.
   
   Your Standard BER Package includes the followings :

   Standard BER Package : Guarantees a 48H-delivery BER Certificate.
   Standard Express BER Package : Guarantees a 24H-delivery BER Certificate.



2. SPECIAL ENERGY SAVINGS : ENERGY SAVINGS PACKAGE : FROM 150 EUROS
   
   

   For energy savings fans : If you would like to make some substantial energy savings,if you would like to know where your Home Energy Performance stands or if you are planning to invest in your property to improve its energy performance then this package is designed for you.
   
   Your SEI Registered BER Assessor will provide you with :
   
   

   1. On-site Energy survey
   2. Energy saving tips and advice
   3. Training providing you with detailed information regarding :
   • Your Home energy potential and how your BER will be calculated
   • The basics of energy-saving insulation, lighting, plumbing and renewable-energy technologies adapted to your home.
   4. Information on the grant aids available for which you might qualify
   5. BER Certificate

3. ENERGY SAVINGS AND GUIDANCE: HOME ENERGY SAVING SCHEME WITH SEI : BEFORE AND AFTER BER PACKAGE FROM 180 EUROS
   
   

   Energy savings advice and Guidance :
   Specially designed for customers who are planning to apply for the Home Energy Saving scheme from SEI.Those customers have the possibility to get a BER from their SEI Registered BER Assessor before and after the works are completed in order to estimate their potential energy savings and to get some professional guidance at all stage of the application process.
   
   Your SEI Registered BER Assessor will provide you with :

   1. On-site Energy survey
   2. Energy Saving tips and advice
   3. Training giving you with detailed information regarding :
      • Your Home energy potential, and how your BER will be calculated
      • The measures available on the market to increase your energy savings
      • the basics of energy-saving insulation, lighting, plumbing and renewable-energy technologies adapted to your home.
   4. Before BER Certificate
   5. Advisory report
   6. Guidance and advice before you undertake any works.
   7. Optional table calculating your energy savings, paybactime cost analysis on investments and impact study on the after BER
   8. After BER Certificate
   9. Advisory report
   
   Please note that your SEI Registered BER Assessor has no affiliation to suppliers or contractors. Our advice to you as a homeowner is impartial and can help you maximize your energy savings and plan your investments if you want to improve your Home energy performance. A BER undertaken before applying for the Home Energy Saving scheme, in conjonction with the advisory report and any additional advice you might need, will identify areas in the house that would benefit from measures available under the HES Scheme and the potential of your energy savings. Your SEI Registered BER Assessor can also prepare a table calculating your energy savings, cost analysis and paybacktime on investments. Your SEI Registered BER Assessor will go through your BER results with you and will explain you how it is possible to improve your Home Energy Performance, how to get a better BER and more importantly, how to increase and maximize your energy savings. If you qualify for the grant, and after the works are completed, your SEI Registered BER Assessor will carry out a new assessment to get your « after » BER. This BER will give you revised information reflecting the impact that the measures undertaken have had on your energy usage. You will clearly see your energy savings and reduced C02 emmisions. 4. ENERGY SAVINGS INFORMATION PACKAGE : FROM 50 EUROS
   

   Energy Savings training :If you want to learn more about your Home energy performance, if you want to learn more about energy and energy savings, why not book a personalized training session at your home !
   We also have designed a special family energy savings training session, which is fun and accessible for young children and which will help everybody be conscious of the environment.
   Because energy savings are at all scales, it is important to make everybody aware that every little help counts…
   
   The Energy savings training session will be given by your SEI Registered BER Assessor at your home. Duration of the energy savings training is one hour and half.




5. GREEN DESIGN ADVICE PACKAGE : FROM 240 EUROS
   
   

   Energy savings applied to Architectural design :If you plan to improve your Home energy performance and want to make some energy savings, and if at the same time you might consider planning an extension, then this package is designed for you. Because of our architectural background and european experience in Energy consultancy, our SEI Registered BER Assessors can also advise you before and at sketch design and planning stage.
   
   This package includes :

   1. On-site Energy survey
   2. Energy saving tips and advice
   3. Before BER to diagnose problem areas in your home
   4. Advisory report
   5. Analysis of your home Architectural and energy saving potential
   6. Analysis of Architect’s plans for your extension or home refurbishment and impact study of the project on your home energy performance with BER simulation at all stage of the design process.
   7. Guidance and advice to get an energy efficient design
   8. After BER Certificate for completed building
